During Saturday night’s game against Miami, Duke guard Grayson Allen jumped up to grab a rebound — but instead found himself doubled over in pain.

In an attempt to swat the ball, Allen jacked up his pinky finger and immediately bent over, grabbing his left hand.
Looks like Grayson Allen's left pinky got broken/dislocated. Fingers are taped together.

Adding insult to injury? Allen was whistled on that play.
Update: Allen started the second half sidelined, reports @SethDavisHoops.
