Who dunks on their own teammate?
Have you seen the latest Miles Bridges dunk? Well, there’s at least one person who didn’t see it coming — his teammate Nick Ward, and that’s because he just got dunked on. By Bridges.
You can blame this on a little bit of miscommunication, but props to both Bridges and Ward for being alert in transition. It’s just, you know, one of them was closer to the ball than the other.
Will Ward think the dunk is as cool since he was the one that got embarrassed? Probably not, but his other teammates might. Sometimes you just have to dunk, even though you might inadvertently put your own buddy on a poster.
Still though, Bridges had to at least check up Ward after that. He didn’t, and instead went back on defense while his teammate had to lie there and figure out what just happened.
