Rockets can’t resist trolling LeBron for his Arthur meme in pre-game hype video

Rockets’ mood: Let’s troll LeBron over that Arthur meme

The Houston Rockets aren’t going to let LeBron James forget about his now-infamous Arthur meme — just look at their promo for Thursday night’s game.

Why yes, that is James Harden making gumbo inter-cut with clips of Arthur and LeBron James with analysts talking over the top. Glad you noticed. This is the NBA at its best and most petty, which is always transcendent when intertwined.

Teams being given the freedom to do this stuff is why the NBA is the king of sports when it comes to fans following online. The NFL will ban teams from talking trash or posting GIFs, but the NBA is totally cool with a team putting Arthur’s fist on LeBron’s arm.

The NBA is the best.
