A former Buffalo Sabres enforcer is in trouble for allegedly involving himself in a line brawl with his youth hockey team over the weekend.
Former Sabres player shoves 15-year-old during junior league line brawl
Andrew Peters is suspended indefinitely.

Andrew Peters, a former enforcer for the Sabres, was coaching the Jr. Sabres under-15 team at Harbor Center against the Hamilton Jr. Bulldogs. A line brawl broke out between the players, and a video shows Peters trying to reach out for an opposing player that tried to spark a fight inside the Sabres’ bench.
Peters either shoved or punched the player, who fell to the ice.
Buffalo Jr. Sabres President Kevyn Adams had this to say about the incident:
“We are very disappointed in the series of events that unfolded during the 15U Buffalo Jr. Sabres game on Saturday,” said Buffalo Jr. Sabres President Kevyn Adams in a statement to local media outlets. “We are currently reviewing the situation and in the meantime have suspended Head Coach Andrew Peters indefinitely until the matter is resolved.”
According to an official speaking to the Associated Press, Peters claims that he slipped trying to get that Hamilton player away from the bench. On his radio show on Monday, Peters said he regrets the incident and does not condone fighting in youth hockey.
No charges have been filed with Buffalo police.
