1. Beyonce finds a new way to steal Super Bowl week, like every year.

In 2013, she brought back Destiny’s Child. In 2016, she released the “Formation” video, then performed at the halftime show, and honestly they should have just canceled the Super Bowl and made it a Beyonce concert.

In 2017, in the middle of Super Bowl week, she announced she was pregnant with twins. Beyonce clearly is waging war against the Super Bowl, sucking all the air out of the room on the biggest day of the NFL season, year after year.

One might ask: Why?

2. I think it’s because the Super Bowl is the site of a series of unflattering pictures that Beyonce’s publicist has been unable to remove from the internet, four years after sending BuzzFeed an email asking to take them down; they were from a recap of her 2013 halftime performance.

Now, there is nothing wrong with making Super Bowl week about Beyonce. Beyonce > Football, every time to be honest. But each year we must remember these photos. We do this not as a slight to Beyonce. Never that. No, the reason we must repost this photo is out of respect for the internet, which never forgets.
