Thibaut Courtois, apart from having a cool name, had a VERY good sports weekend. Courtois, the starting goalie for Chelsea, had an exciting Saturday. He helped his team defeat their rival London team, Arsenal.
Chelsea’s goalie played in London, saw a Knicks game, and went to the Super Bowl in one weekend
What a sports weekend!

The game kicked off at 12:30 p.m. London time. Chelsea won 3-1, and to celebrate? Courtois took a flight to New York just in time for a Knicks game!

The Knicks game tipped off around 8:30 p.m. at Madison Square Garden (we’ll let it slide that he spelled “Cavaliers” wrong.) Woohoo! A footy game and some basketball in the same day. Not bad! But his sports weekend was only just beginning, as he would be in Houston for the Super Bowl just 22 hours later!

Courtois witnessed/participated in three incredible sporting events in less than 36 (American) hours. Not only that, but he was able to see the most exciting Super Bowl comeback of all time.
What a comeback! Congrats to @Patriots !! Fantastic live experience!! 💥💥#SuperBowl pic.twitter.com/SWA1SKJp3I

Unfortunately for Courtois, his followers are not as amused and think he should get his ass back to London for practice tomorrow morning. Between beating Arsenal, seeing LeBron (sorry Knicks) and watching Tom Brady win another ring, Thibaut Courtois’s travel agent was the real MVP this weekend.
