The World Cup of cross-country skiing was in Quebec City over the weekend, and things got very interesting for the race leaders when a dog ran onto the course and into everyone’s hearts. Thankfully the very good pupper didn’t interfere with the race or cause anyone to lose their place, which made the whole thing great.
How this unfurled during the broadcast was even better. It began with the announcer yelling, “They’re being chased by a dog out there!”
