Gonzaga’s Jordan Mathews had a guest role on ‘Teletubbies’ at 3 years old

Jordan Mathews had an amazing basketball career before playing for Gonzaga. You might have seen him play — on Teletubbies.

Mathews appeared in the video with his dad Phil and had a feeling this was going to pop up around March Madness, talking to the Spokesman-Review.

“It’s going to be weird going back,” Mathews said. “It’s on YouTube. Look up Teletubbies basketball and it’s there. My mom watches it all the time.”

Let’s see how Jordan’s moves evolved.

Elite on-ball defense.

Smooth handles.

Ensuring your opponent doesn’t get a clean look.

Leaning on your teammates.

Now we wait to see how these moves are applied in the Elite Eight.
