We’re all familiar with Boston Celtics star Isaiah Thomas. He’s speedy. He has a crazy knack for scoring against all odds. And he’s only 5’9” and embarrasses the heck out of taller players.
Isaiah Thomas’ 5-year-old helped beat the Lakers by staring down Jordan Clarkson in warm-ups
Ice. Cold.

Now meet his younger son, 5-year-old Jaiden, who probably has more handles than you:

Look at that concentration — that discipline! He’s obviously inherited his dad’s basketball skills.
My favorite part of this video, though, is Jaiden staring down Los Angeles Lakers guard Jordan Clarkson as he walked by during warm-ups:
As I write this, I’m laughing and crying at how adorable he is. Let’s look at that face again:
While it didn’t appear to be drawn up in Brad Stevens’ playbook, the move clearly worked. Clarkson shot 1-of-8 from three, and the Celtics comfortably rolled their way to a dominating 115-95 win, handing the Lakers their sixth straight loss.
As if we need more proof that Jaiden is awesome, turns out he’s also a great quote:
Isaiah was rattling off bench contributors. Rozier, Green, James Young.

His little son standing next to him, confused: "Who's James Young?"
😂
