It’s been a rough couple of weeks for Steph Curry, but Steve Kerr’s got his back. On Sunday, the Warriors head coach had a surprisingly sweet moment with his star player on the sideline.
Steve Kerr was mic’d up for this surprisingly sweet sideline pep talk with Steph Curry

The Warriors are 1-2 since Kevin Durant suffered a knee injury, and Curry has been struggling without his wingman. Curry’s field goal percentage, three-point percentage, and assists have all dropped — but Kerr wanted him to understand that a he was making a difference even if it didn’t show in the box score.
After the game, the Kerr explained why he felt the need to give Curry a pep talk.
Cynics will make some snide remark about Steph needing to be given a pep talk, but this is just a really cool moment between a player and his coach — someone who understands Steph better than any of us do.
