These Twins fans played flip cup during the White Sox game
Best idea ever!

We’ve all been there — a baseball game that feels like it’s dragging on thanks to media timeouts or a player who seemingly takes forever to get ready to bat. But these Minnesota-Duluth hockey/Twins fans have found the perfect solution to boredom: flip cup.
Yes, that game. The one you may have played or watched others play at a house party in college, where two teams drink a beverage from a plastic cup and then try to flip it onto its open end as quickly as possible in a relay.
Kudos to these two fans who brought it to the seventh inning of Friday night’s Twins vs. White Sox game and kept us on the edge of our seats.
In the video, the guy on the right had the clear advantage: He finished his beverage first, and he had a lighter touch on each of his flips. Better technique and fundamentals are usually key.
But, man, the guy on the left just steamrolled him in the greatest comeback since J.K. Rowling’s perfect response to someone telling her they want to burn her books. And he did it with one eye on his opponent!
After flip cup, they kept their antics going into the bottom of the eighth.

Should these fans be considered MVPs of the night? Here are the facts:
- The Twins were up 3-1 when people noticed they were playing flip cup.
- The Twins did not blow their 3-1 lead.
You decide.
