Did Markieff Morris really slap Stephen A. Smith’s butt as he went to the locker room?
He touched the butt.

The Washington Wizards forced a Game 7 against the Boston Celtics with an astounding game-winner by John Wall. Wall’s final shot marked an end to an dramatic fourth quarter in which both teams made potential game-winners, only to have the other team answer back.
So what do you do to celebrate such a momentous feat? You slap ESPN personality Stephen A. Smith in the butt, of course. At least that’s what Markieff Morris did as he went into the tunnel. Stephen A had a look that said “I’m proud of the Wizards,” but he probably didn’t expect that sort of reaction from Morris.
It was a hard slap too. you could see it as Stephen A’s hips swayed to one side while he cavalierly attempted to maintain his balance with just his crossed arms.
