There was animal-on-animal crime at the Rotterdam Zoo in the Netherlands when a crazed antelope wouldn’t stop tackling a helpless giraffe in their enclosure.
This crazed antelope wouldn’t stop mercilessly tackling a helpless giraffe

It’s unclear what caused the antelope to keep going after the giraffe, but if this was football it would be targeting for sure. On the one hand we can look at this purely athletically and see the merit in the antelope using solid tackling form, but on the other it’s just a really bad, borderline evil antelope.
Who has ever had beef with a giraffe? I’m no scientist, but they’ll forever be “fun horses” in my mind. They just want to eat the tall leaves off trees and lick things with their giant tongues. What have antelopes done for anyone?
