We may have found the tweet Karl Malone refused to read for ‘Mean Tweets’

On the first day of the NBA Finals, Jimmy Kimmel Live! released its fifth NBA version of “Mean Tweets.” It’s funny like the previous renditions: NBA players and personalities read a tweet out loud. They’re either appalled at what they read or they just laugh it off.
Everyone has been a good sport about it, but Karl Malone was not having it this time around. He looked at the phone. The Jimmy Kimmel Live! graphic showed the Twitter user whose tweet was supposed to be read, @LifeIsCASHUAL, but Malone refused to read it.
What could have been in the tweet that Malone just straight up declined to say on television? Thanks to the graphics department at Jimmy Kimmel for leaving the Twitter handle on the screen, we can do some Twitter investigating.
User @LifeIsCASHUAL has only tweeted about Karl Malone three times, and the most recent time was five years ago. So unless he deleted a more recent tweet when he saw it on television, one of these posts must be the one Malone should have read.
Here are the three:
These tweets aren’t creative like all the other insults from the video. In fact, they’re just plain mean, so I understand why Malone didn’t read it on television. Looking at all of the tweets together makes you wonder if this user just has a random beef with Malone.
@LifeIsCASHUAL did tweet about it recently and did confirm the tweet was from 2012.
But if you’re going to agree to be on a segment called Mean Tweets that requires you to read a mean tweet out loud, you should probably do it.
