A couple of years ago, Smith tried to tweet a .jpg file, and it did not go well at all. Two years later, it appears that he is still struggling to master the fine art of tweeting media files.
Judging by the Diddy hashtag and a little research elsewhere on social media, it appears that Smith was attempting to share this video:
