The NFL preseason is not without its bloopers. Just ask Jameis Winston, who scrambled in the pocket just long enough to get a glimpse of the end zone but without enough time to comfortably throw the ball.
Instead, a set of defenders knocked Winston down — but not before he completed one of the funniest interceptions we’ve seen in a long time.
To be fair, it’s difficult to throw a dang football when you have a defender hugging your left ankle, so the fact that he managed to throw a 15 yarder is impressive in itself.
Seriously, how did he launch that football when he was a good foot away from falling on his back?
Luckily for the Bucs, the referees called Winston down, so Tampa Bay got the ball back and kicked a field goal.
