Tony Romo closed out his first year as a commentator Sunday with his football insight, his infectious enthusiasm, and his incredible ghostly breakdowns of moments.
Tony Romo moaned like a ghost during his AFC Championship commentary
Spooky. Scary.

Words are overrated. We’re slowly transferring to a wordless world where we can effectively communicate exclusively by emoji and gutteral sounds, and Romo knows this. Just see how he broke down Myles Jack’s incredible strip of Dion Lewis.
It’s on point — it perfectly conveys his doubt about what he’s watching and it’s just sensual enough that I can’t stop watching. Romo is the perfect announcer for the modern world, and it’s a darn shame we’ll need to wait six months before hearing his dulcet tones again.
