We have to keep documenting advancements in robotics. I need future generations to know that we saw this coming. I went to a Pompeii exhibit when I was about 10 years old and remember thinking the people were super dumb to stay in the city for almost 20 years as earthquakes kept becoming more frequent, warning signs that Mt. Vesuvius was going to erupt. I don’t want this to be me.
If you’re reading this, future generations, we knew the robots would destroy us — but we didn’t do anything to stop it. We kept saying “man this is so freaky,” and some of us wrote blogs about how we knew the end was coming.
Feel free to worship me like Nostradamus when we’re all dead.
