Sunday Night Football gave us the biggest tease when Michael Jordan appeared on screen and seemingly issued a challenge.
Michael Jordan trolled us all by teasing a 1 vs. 1 game against LeBron James
Not cool, MJ.

Dramatic music, lofty talk — it set the stage for the one-on-one MJ vs. LeBron battle we’d been waiting for.
“A lot of talk going on these days about who is the greatest ever. About who has the titles, the raw talent, the most clutch moments. I get it. It’s a tough call. I mean, even the jersey numbers are the same. But, maybe the best way to settle this debate is to play it out — head-to-head.”
At this point we’re all losing it. What the heck is going on? Is Jordan really saying he’ll play against LeBron to settle this? How do they make that fair with the age gap? Is there some new computer modeling that will show us? In a matter of milliseconds your mind explores all the possibilities and then ... Tom Brady appears on screen, then Aaron Rodgers. That’s right, MJ and NBC were trolling us so hard. The Patriots and Packers play on Sunday Night Football next week.
If you were fooled too then don’t worry, everyone was. Even LeBron.
It wasn’t just LeBron who bought in either.
We’ll have to keep living this out this dream in NBA 2K, because it’s never happening.
