Joel Embiid crashed local Philly TV broadcast to celebrate Eagles Super Bowl win

TRUST THE PROCESS, PHILLY!

Everyone was partying in Philadelphia on Sunday night. People were setting things on fire, jumping on poles, and just having a rambunctious time as their football team defeated the Patriots in the Super Bowl.

Even Joel Embiid got in on it! While Fox 29 was out on the scene trying to interview fans around town, they got a big surprise as Embiid jumped in on the celebration. It looks like even the reporter couldn’t believe that this moment got even better.

Embiid did take a small break from jumping around with fans for a quick interview.

The news station could have played around with the chyron and called Embiid a Philadelphia native, or something nondescript like hopeful powerball player. But then again, when you see your team’s star big man you’re allowed to be giddy and give him the appropriate title.

The reporter told him, “You’re next!” And with all the youth and talent that the Sixers have, Embiid might very well might be next player to bring Philly a ring.
