The Golden Knights rolled out the most over-the-top intro in NHL history

Flaming arrows, a knight fight, and cutting a holographic jet in half ...

Sports theatrics are best theatrics, and there is not a single thing wrong with what the Golden Knights did on Wednesday.

The team has been rocking this whole “Medieval Times” pre-game aesthetic all year long, but nothing compared to Game 3 of the Conference Finals when Las Vegas brought out an archer to shoot flaming arrows at the ice and eliminate the rest of the teams in the west.

But that’s not all, far from it — because then we got a KNIGHT FIGHT!

Then the Winnipeg knight flew away on a wire and got in a jet. Seriously, then the hologram jet flew on the ice and the Golden Knight cut it in half with his sword.

Damn Vegas, you’re pretty cool.
