Friday First Round Games Open Thread

16 games down, 16 more today will conclude the first round of the 2026 men's NCAA tournament. The 2026 women's tournament begins its first round of games today as well.

Some big upsets from yesterday included No. 12 High Point defeating No. 5 Wisconsin and No. 11 VCU sneaking out a win in overtime against No. 6 North Carolina. Our college basketball writer Mike Rutherford breaks day the best and worst from Thursday's exciting March Madness action.
