And there's the shutdown inning the Rangers wanted. It wasn't exactly a classic, 1-2-3 shutdown inning, as Ben Zobrist led off with a well-struck double to the gap, but Cliff Lee came back and worked out of his second jam in his second frame. He got Kelly Shoppach looking, Sean Rodriguez followed with a lineout to center that nearly saw Zobrist get doubled off second base, and then Jason Bartlett was caught looking as well to end it.
