Rays Vs. Rangers, ALDS Game 1: Nelson Cruz Adds To Early Lead

Josh Hamilton strikeout. Vladimir Guerrero ground out. Ian Kinsler pop out. You'd think it was an easy top of the third for David Price. Unfortunately for him, and unfortunately for the Rays, Nelson Cruz also came up to the plate, and Nelson Cruz did what Nelson Cruz so often does - he got a low fastball over the plate, squared it up, and muscled it a good 440 feet or so to straightaway center field. The mammoth solo blast extended the Rangers' lead to 3-0, and the Rays could really use a run or two right quick before Cliff Lee gets settled in and shuts them down. This game could get away from them in a hurry.
