And now James Shields' home run problems have reared their ugly head. C.J. Wilson came through with a shutdown bottom of the third, and while Shields retired the first two Rangers he faced in the fourth, he fell behind Ian Kinsler 2-0 and left a fastball over the inner half of the plate. Kinsler turned on it and yanked it into the left field seats for a solo home run, and the Rangers have therefore been able to extend their lead.
