I think it's official - Thursday's game is Wednesday's game. The Rangers established a commanding lead early on, and their starting pitcher has gotten into a groove. Since Jason Bartlett's leadoff single to start the game, C.J. Wilson has retired 18 of the 21 batters he's faced, with one of those guys reaching on an error. Wilson walked Kelly Shoppach in the fifth and then hit Bartlett to start the sixth, but he's worked around each baserunner and kept the Rays off the board. The sixth saw him strike out B.J. Upton and Carl Crawford before inducing Evan Longoria to ground out to third.

We're into the top of the seventh, and Jeff Niemann has taken the hill for the Rays, who are now nine outs away from being in a very desperate position.
