With the Boston Red Sox' victory over the Tigers Saturday night, the 2013 World Series is set. The Red Sox will take on the St. Louis Cardinals to determine a World Series Champion.

Prior to defeating the Tigers, the Red Sox conquered the Tampa Bay Rays in the division series. They finished the regular season with a 97-65 record. The Cardinals defeated the Pirates in the NLDS, then the Dodgers in the NLCS. They, too, finished the regular season with a 97-65 record.
This will be the first time since 1999 that the two teams with the best record in their respective leagues face off in the World Series.

Every game in the World Series is slated to be aired on FOX. Joe Buck will handle play-by-play with Tim McCarver on color commentary. Ken Rosenthal and Erin Andrews will act as field reporters while Matt Vasgersian and Harold Reynolds will be joined by Jimmy Rollins and A.J. Pierzynski on the pregame show.
The World Series will also be aired over ESPN Radio with Dan Shulman and Orel Hershiser on play-by-play and color commentary, respectively.
