Atlanta has taken a 2-1 lead in Game 2 of the NLDS against the Dodgers. Freddie Freeman led off with a double to deep right field, and Chris Johnson singled him in with two outs.
Dodgers vs. Braves score: Atlanta takes 2-1 lead
Chris Johnson plated Freddie Freeman to put the Braves in front 2-1.

Until Johnson’s RBI single, it appeared that Zack Greinke and Mike Minor had settled down after they each allowed an early run. The Dodgers managed only a single in each of the third and fourth innings; Carl Crawford was eliminated by a double play in the third and Adrian Gonzalez was stranded on base in the fourth. Minor is still going strong, and Greinke is doing a good job of keeping his team in the game by minimizing Atlanta’s rallies.
Interestingly, both pitchers are relying heavily on their defenses -- they have recorded only three strikeouts combined. Greinke struck out 7.5 batters per nine innings during the regular season, and Minor fanned 8 per nine.
