Detroit Tigers left fielder Don Kelly was in the on-deck circle minding his own business during Jhonny Peralta's at-bat when he received an unpleasant surprise.

Kelly recovered quickly after the foul tipped his cup, extracting revenge against Sonny Gray by hitting a single later in the inning.
