Atlanta drove in two runs with two outs in the top of the first inning, while Los Angles hung four runs on Julio Teheran in the bottom of the second.

Atlanta jumped on the scoreboard in the top of the first. Justin Upton cracked a one-out double against Hyun-Jin Ryu, and Evan Gattis plated Upton with a two-out single.
Brian McCann followed Gattis with a walk, then Chris Johnson delivered the second RBI-single of the inning, giving the Braves a 2-0 advantage.
Carl Crawford led off the bottom of the Dodgers inning with a single, advancing to second base on a Julio Teheran wild pitch. The rookie settled down after the error, retiring the next three batters to strand Crawford at second.
