Detroit Tigers outfielder Torii Hunter says that he will definitely play in Game 4 of the American League Divisional Series despite an injured left shoulder, reports USA Today's Bob Nightengale.
ALDS 2013: Torii Hunter will play through shoulder injury for Tigers
Hunter injured his shoulder on the first play Monday’s game, but played through soreness.

Hunter jammed his shoulder on the first play of Monday afternoon's Game 3 while diving for a ball off the bat of Athletics' outfielder Coco Crisp. He stayed in the game and picked up a single and a walk while scoring a run.
“Just sore,” Hunter told reporters. “I’m gonna play no matter what ... It’s not broke, I’m good. Give me some Advil, I’ll be alright. Let’s go.”
An All Star in 2013, Hunter has picked up just two hits in his first 13 plate appearances of the ALDS. He hit .304 with an 800 OPS over 144 regular-season games.
The Tigers are on the brink of elimination down 2-1 to the Athletics in the best-of-five series.
