Coco Crisp triples to lead off Game 4

Coco Crisp wasted no time getting things started off of Tigers right-hander Doug Fister, driving the second pitch of the game into the left-center gap for a three-bagger:

Crisp, who now has three extra-base hits in the series, later scored on a single to left by shortstop Jed Lowrie. The A’s have a 1-0 lead in the second.
