World Series 2014 live stream: How to watch Royals vs. Giants Game 3 online
The Royals’ bullpen is poised to be the difference-maker.

With the series knotted up at 1-1, the Royals turn to Jeremy Guthrie in Game 3 on Friday as both teams head to AT&T Park San Francisco. The Giants hand their postseason hopes to veteran Tim Hudson. Neither pitcher boasts dominating stuff at this point, but both can carry the load into the middle innings and hand off to their respective bullpens.
On pitching alone, the edge for Game 3 would probably go to the Giants, but it’s close enough that the Royals’ talented bullpen will likely play a big role once again. With an off-day on Thursday, the bullpen should be rested and ready to go. We’ve seen that Ned Yost will aggressively manage for the win, and should expect that to continue.
