MLB Futures Game 2014: Time, TV schedule, rosters and more

Six of the top 10 prospects in baseball will showcase their skills in the 2014 MLB Futures Game during the All-Star festivities in Minneapolis.

Cubs farmhands Kris Bryant and Javier Baez and Indians prospect Francisco Lindor, each of whom rank in the top five of Baseball Prospectus' Top 50, will be on display, as will top-10 hurlers Lucas Giolito, Noah Syndergaard and Robert Stephenson. In all, 20 of the top 50 prospects in the league will be in action in the 16th annual installment of the game.

Five of the 15 Futures Game MVP winners have gone on to become MLB All-Stars and 115 total players have appeared in both games. Of those 115, 12 played in the All-Star Game the year after competing in the Futures Game, according to MLB.com.
