The Houston Astros are one win away from advancing to the American League Championship Series, needing a win on Monday in Game 4 of their American League Division Series to close out the Kansas City Royals at Minute Maid Park in Houston.

Houston leads the best-of-five series, 2-1.
Houston won Game 3 on Sunday afternoon 4-2 behind ace Dallas Keuchel, allowing one run in seven innings with seven strikeouts, throwing 124 pitches.
The Royals, who won eight straight games during the 2014 postseason en route to the AL pennant -- then followed that up with 95 wins and the best record in the American League in 2015 -- need a win on Monday to stay alive.
Kansas City will turn to Yordano Ventura, on only three days rest. However, he only threw 42 pitches in two innings in Game 1, not returning after the rain delay in the series opener on Thursday.
The Astros, with some of the best young talent in the game, will turn to 22-year-old Lance McCullers for Game 4. The rookie put up a 3.22 ERA in 22 starts for Houston in 2015, and struck out 129 batters in 125 2/3 innings.
“I think at this point in the season as far as being a rookie I’m just going out there, competing for the guys,” McCullers said on Sunday. “That’s how it’s been since day one. I don’t view myself as like a young kid when I go out there. I’m ready to go out there and just compete and do the best I can for the team.”
FOX Sports 1 will televise Game 4 at 1 p.m. ET, with Matt Vasgersian on play-by-play, alongside analysts John Smoltz and A.J. Pierzynski and reporter Jon Morosi.
The game will be available online via the FOX Sports Go app, with authentication required via television provider. Alternate camera angles of the broadcast, will be available online via Postseason.tv.
