Fresh off an 18-strikeout performance against the Cardinals, Cleveland Indians starter Corey Kluber picked up right where he left off against the White Sox on Monday.
Corey Kluber continues to strike everyone out
Kluber has put up some absurd strikeout numbers over his last two outings.

The reigning AL Cy Young winner struck out 12 batters over nine innings against Chicago, including seven of the first nine he faced. Kluber had the White Sox on their heels all night, and the only run he allowed came on a wild pitch that allowed Adam Eaton to score from third base.
The right-hander's breaking stuff was nearly impossible to hit, as Jose Abreu found out in the first inning (h/t @ohwatson):
Seriously, what kind of devil magic is Kluber practicing pic.twitter.com/b2sWl3CQnd
— Owen Watson (@ohwatson) May 19, 2015 The outing left Kluber’s strikeout-to-walk ratio over his last 17 innings at an absurd 30:1. Unfortunately, Kluber didn’t pick up the win as Chris Sale held the Indians to just one run before the White Sox prevailed, 2-1, in 10 innings.
