Little League World Series 2015 schedule for Thursday

Rob Carr/Getty Images

The 2015 Little League World Series begins on Thursday, with four games to get us started from Williamsport, Penn.

ESPN, ABC and ESPN2 will televise all 30 games of the Little League World Series, with ESPN showing the bulk of the action. On Thursday, three of the four games are on ESPN, and the final contest is on ESPN2.

Every game will be available to watch online via Watch ESPN.

Game 1 is on the international side of the bracket, with Los Bravos de Pontezuela Little League from Santiago de los Caballero in the Dominican Republic batting AVRS Little League from Kampala, Uganda.

The other international tilt is Game 3, with Cardenales Little League from Barquismeto, Venezuela representing Latin America, facing off against Cronulla Little League from Sydney, Australia.

Game 2 is on the United State side of the bracket, with Pearland West Little League from Texas representing the Southwest, facing the Northwest team, Wilshire-Riverside Little League in Portland, Ore.

Bowling Green Eastern Little League from Kentucky represents the Great Lakes region in Game 4, battling the West representative, Sweetwater Valley Little League in Bonita Valley, Calif.

The tournament is a double-elimination challenge, so none of these teams will be eliminated on the first day. But a loss makes the path much tougher in building up to the international and U.S. championships on Aug. 29.
