LeBron James sent a congratulatory video to the Indians after their 21st straight win

James even gives them some motivation to keep winning.

The Indians reached win No. 21 in their streak on Wednesday, officially capturing the American League record for consecutive wins and getting within one win of establishing a new MLB record.

After the game was over and the win was in the books, one of Cleveland’s greats sent a congratulatory video to the team applauding them for their success.

In the video, LeBron James gave the team props for what they’ve done so far but also gave them a new goal beyond just the MLB record.

“I was about to say it’s incredible. But I want to come back and do another video when you all got like a 40-game winning streak. No pressure. No pressure, I get it. I’ve had my own 27-game winning streak in the NBA before. It’s a lot of pressure winning every night.”

Leave it to LeBron to slide in a brag about his own win streak in a video focusing on another team’s accomplishment. Can’t blame him for wanting to remind people of all those wins!

It may be a lot of pressure winning every night, but the Indians haven’t let that get to them so far. In their entire winning streak, they’ve only trailed for four innings total. They’ll start a series against the Royals on Thursday night aiming to continue this streak.
