The win came at 4 minutes, 10 seconds of the first round. Don Carlo-Clauss was simply overmatched against Sam Oropez. From the beginning the Fight Factory product was all over Carlo-Clauss with better technical gifts and better training in each position of the game.

He dropped Carlo-Clauss early and was able to put him away quickly thereafter. Carlo-Clauss did his best to hang on and attempted a single leg takedown as Oropez smashed him with hammer fists in defending the takedown, but couldn’t make much of it. Eventually that spelled the beginning of the end.

At the point the referee had no choice but to step in and stop the action. Sam Oropez wins easily. Big win for the young prospect.
