ROUND 1 - Rivera fires a right and misses. Wide stance from Bisping as the Brit is moving widely from the outside. Rivera head hunting right away with the right hand. A charging double leg from Bisping puts Rivera on the mat, but the Boston native stands. The right hand does land for Rivera and the latin fighter stuffs a shot from the British. A third attempt from Bisping works and Rivera is on his back. In a scramble, Rivera moves to his knees and Bisping lands an illegal knee. Referee Marc Goddard stops the action. Rivera says he can continue and the fight resumes. Bisping is deducted a point. Rivera still head hunting and misses. Bisping attempts a double leg and is rebuffed. Of a counterpunch from Rivera, Bisping lands a takedown. Rivera back to his feet now.

Bisping lands a hard right hand. And another. And another. Rivera mostly covering up. Rivera falls to his knees and referee Marc Goddard stops the fight.
