Michihiro Omigawa: Suspended until April 11, 2011, with no contact April 11, 2011, for a right eyebrow laceration and head blows.

Some of these documentations are mere medical formalities. Fighters can return much quicker to action with doctor's providing clearance to the commission. Still, it's worth taking inventory of the injuries not just for fighter safety, but in prognosticating potential match-ups.
The one injury that stands at as potentially troubling is Forrest Griffin's broken right foot. Griffin's already absorbed an inordinate amount of damage during his career his UFC 126 bout against Rich Franklin was his first after a year layoff from injury. It'll be interesting to see how quickly the former UFC light heavyweight champion is able to rebound from what is mistakenly viewed as a small and easily repairable injury.
