The overall ratings might be down from previous seasons, but Spike TV's 'The Ultimate Fighter' saw a bump up from their second episode. According to Spike TV, the third episode of TUF 13 earned a 0.9 household rating over all. In the 18-49 male demographic, the show pulled a 1.4 and a 1.7 in men 18-34. The overall average audience was 1.3 million viewers.
The Ultimate Fighter 13 Ratings: Episode 3 Reaches 1.3 Million
The numbers at this point are generally commensurate with those of previous seasons, though slightly lower.
Still, as Spike TV officials pount out, among basic cable networks between 9 and 10 p.m. ET, TUF 13 ranked number one in males 18-49 and 18-34.
While the comparative time slot is worth noting, the slight uptick likely represents more the high point of a stabilized number rather than the beginning of a trend. However, we will continue to monitor the ratings throughout the season.
