In the 8th round of the Showtime pay-per-view bout between Manny Pacquiao (52-3-2, 38 KO) and "Sugar" Shane Mosley (46-6-1, 39 KO) Mosley landed an early right hand but clinched immediately, showing his unwillingness to really bring the fight.Manny continued his forward charge, trying to get through with his power while Mosley flicked the soft jab.
Pacquiao went to the body and then right back upstairs to the head. A right hand lands for Manny but Shane comes back with a very hard right hand but doesn't follow up with anything. Hard right hand by Mosley again and he clinches up again. Again, Mosley is doing what he can but he just does not have it in him to go more than one punch at a time.
