ROUND 1 - Elkins opens with punches from distance that fall short. Right hand lands on Omigawa’s left ear. Omigawa lands his first punch, a jab, thirty seconds in. Elkins more aggressive to start, but Omigawa is landing cleaner when he throws. Jab lands for Omigawa. Elkins returns the favor. Straight left from Omigawa. Goes to the body and lands to the head. Right hand lands for Elkins. All boxing so far. Elkins lands a combo as Omigawa steps in, putting Omigawa on a knee briefly. Elkins completes a takedown as Omigawa comes in. Footlock attempt from Omigawa creates a scramble, and we’re back standing. Elkins lands another right hand. One-two from Elkins. Left-right-left for Elkins. Just over one minute left. “PLEASE STAND BY” message pops up on Youtube. Thirty seconds left when I get back on Facebook. Both land in an exchange. Elkins looks for a takedown, scramble, lands a punch at the end.

ROUND 2 - Wild exchange to start. Omigawa pressing forward now. Jab lands. Elkins misses with a one-two. Double jab from Elkins. Elkins pushing forward now, but he’s bleeding. Omigawa throws a leg kick, Elkins looks to takedown, but can’t grab the leg. Omigawa fails on a sweep attempt. Omigawa’s been switching stances throughout the fight. Elkins lands an overhand right. We’re halfway through round two. Elkins with another combination. One-two from Elkins. Omigawa content to counterstrike so far. Diving low single from Elkins misses. Elkins steps forward with wild hooks.

ROUND 3 - Back on Youtube. Missed the first 30 seconds, and Omigawa is on top of Elkins in guard. Right hand slams Elkins skull into the mat. Elkins grabbing Omigawa’s head to break posture. Elkins throws up a wild triangle. Omigawa shrugs it off, looks for a footlock which creates a scramble. Back standing, Elkins face is crimson. Halfway through the round. Right hand lands for Elkins. Another. Omigawa switching between stances and lands a left hand. Omigawa with a little Ali Shuffle. Right hand for Elkins. Uppercut lands. One minute left. Round ends with little action.
