ROUND 1 - Rosa and Beltran trade jabs to open. Beltran wades in and clinches, pressing Rosa against the cage door. Rosa with an overhook on the right arm, and working for an underhook on the other side. Knee to the thigh from Beltran. They disengage briefly before Beltran presses him against the fence again. Referee calls for action, prompting Beltran to flail punches. Rosa lands a knee to the midsection. Referee asks for action again. They disengage and trade shots Frye-Takayama style. Back on the fence. Beltran landing short punches to the obliques. Rosa lands a leg kick to the thigh as they separate. Rosa comes forward with a four-punch combo. Two more right hands. Jab from Rosa. Right hand from Beltran lands flush. Leg kick. Beltran has Rosa back up against the fence. One minute remaining. Short left hand. Right hand to the body. Rosa with short uppercuts. Elbows from Beltran. Short shots to the right side of the body. They trade wildly as the round ends.

ROUND 2 - Left hook lands for Rosa. Misses with a right hand. Jab penetrates Beltran’s guard. Leg kick from Beltran. Wild exchange that Beltran wins. He presses Rosa against the fence again. Referee warns one of the fighters not to grab the shorts. Weird intermittent pace in this one. Beltran throws two punches that Rosa blocks, but sneaks in a leg kick to finish. Rosa with a knee to the midsection. Uppercut. Beltran presses him back up against the fence. Low blow forces the referee to step in as Beltran throws a knee to the head. Restart with a glove tap. Leg kick from Rosa. Rosa opens up with punches and knees. Beltran gets caught in the groin in the exchange. Restart, no glove tap. Neither landing with punches. Jab lands for Rosa. Uppercut. Beltran presses him back on the fence. They’re just throwing at each other. Right hand wins an exchange for Beltran.

ROUND 3 - Trading punches to start. Simultaneous jabs. Rosa shoots in lazily. Beltran just misses with a knees. Beltran lands an uppercut from the clinch. Big punch from Rosa. Beltran has a guillotine, but lets it go to land shots. Rosa on a knee, Beltran swarming. Rosa works his way back up, but Beltran lands a proper takedown into side control. Right elbow hurts him, and Beltran unloads until the referee steps in to end the bout.
