AUDIO: The Ultimate Fighter 13 Finale Media Call
Here's the audio from today's The Ultimate Fighter 13 Finale media conference call. I don't have much to add in the way of coverage. My live blog is part of this StoryStream. Clay Guida, Anthony Pettis, Ramsey Nijem and Anthony Ferguson take part in the call as each have fights at the event. The call lasts approximately 30 minutes and covers the topics of:
- Whether or not either Guida or Pettis will receive a title shot should they win this bout.
- Any extra special training any of the competitors have done. Guida notes swimming while Ferguson mentions he was able to train with Team Death Clutch courtesy of Brock Lesnar.
- Other sundry topics.
One interesting note: the amount of Milwaukee-based media on the call following the career of Pettis was surprising. Lots of major print outlets in addition to radio stations in Pettis’ home of Milwaukee are paying close attention to his development.
