UFC 208 fight card: Full list of matches at Holm vs. de Randamie

Holly Holm and Germaine de Randamie will face off in hopes of becoming the first-ever UFC women’s featherweight champion.

The UFC will have its first-ever women’s featherweight match and in doing so will also have its first-ever women’s featherweight championship match. Holly Holm, the former UFC women’s bantamweight champion, will fight for the honor of being the first featherweight champion, but she’ll have to make it through Germaine de Randamie first.

Both women are hoping for the honor and will fight in the main event of UFC 208 on Saturday. The event will be broadcast in pay-per-view, with prelims featuring on both UFC Fight Pass and Fox Sports 1. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. ET, with the pay-per-view set for 10 p.m.

In the co-main event, Anderson Silva will take on Derek Brunson as he tries to get a win at the tail-end of his career. Silva, one of the best fighters in the history of the sport, has lost four of his last five, and hasn’t won since he beat Stephan Bonnar via TKO at UFC 153 in Oct. 2012.

Brunson is also coming off a loss, but prior to that, he won five consecutive fights. Brunson’s last fight was a TKO loss at the hands of Robert Whittaker. His winning streak prior to that included wins over Uriah Hall, Ed Herman, and Lorenz Larkin.

Since knocking out Ronda Rousey in Nov. 2015, Holm has lost her last two fights at bantamweight. That included a submission loss to Miesha Tate and a decision loss to Valentina Shevchenko. She is now 10-2 as a professional mixed martial artist.

She’ll face de Randamie, who is 6-3 as a pro, with wins in her last two fights. Her last loss was to Amanda Nunes in 2013. She bested Larissa Pacheco via TKO in March 2015 and then beat Anna Elmose via TKO in May 2016. She won performance of the night for her last fight, and last fought at featherweight in Strikeforce in 2012.

The main card is packed with action outside of those fights, as well. Ronaldo Souza will be taking on Tim Boetsch in the middleweight division, while Glover Teixeira and Jared Cannonier will face off in light heavyweight action. The lightweights will get the main card started as Jim Miller faces off with Dustin Poirier.

The preliminary card will include big names like Ian McCall — who will face Jarred Brooks — and Nik Lentz, who will face Islan Makhachev.

Below is the full fight card for Saturday’s event. All times are listed as Eastern.
