Drivers To Introduce Themselves At Dover; We Predict Who Calls Who An ‘Ass’

The driver introductions at Bristol last month were some of the most entertaining ever, after Brad Keselowski infamously took the microphone and said, “Kyle Busch is an ass!“

That’s what can happen when tracks let the drivers introduce themselves, and Dover has decided to try something similar.

All 43 drivers will announce themselves to the fans at Dover on Sunday, with the top 10 drivers adding a special twist: They’ll also introduce a military veteran who has returned from serving overseas.

Will anyone call someone else an ass? We sure as hell hope so. Here are our top 10 most likely candidates:

10. Brad Keselowski: “Kyle Busch is still an ass!”

9. Kyle Busch: “Everyone who doesn’t cheer for me is an ass!”

8. Dale Earnhardt Jr.: "My crew chief Lance McGrew is an ass!"

7. Lance McGrew (steals microphone from Dale Jr.): "Dale Jr. is an ass, not me!"

6. Jimmie Johnson: “I’m really not an ass. Why are you booing?”

5. Jeff Gordon: "If your company sponsors my car next year, I promise to tell everyone your competitors are all asses!"

4. Tony Stewart: “The NASCAR media is one big collective ass!”

3. Kevin Harvick: “Whoever came up with the idea of the points leader losing his lead with 10 races to go is an ass!”

2. Danica Patrick (sneaks onstage): "Is someone talking about my ass? GoDaddy!"

1. Clint Bowyer: “The tow truck driver from New Hampshire is an ass!”
