NASCAR Fans: Get Inked At Talladega For Charity, Thanks To Jeremiah Weed And Matt Kenseth

The saying goes, “What happens in Talladega, stays in Talladega.”

But thanks to Jeremiah Weed and Charlotte winner Matt Kenseth, fans will be able to bring home a permanent memory of their trip to Talladega Superspeedway – a tattoo.

In a move to raise funds for The Air Force Enlisted Village, Jeremiah Weed will donate $100 for every fan that gets inked this weekend with Kenseth’s signature, a number 17, Jeremiah Weed logos or a Jeremiah Weed Lemonade can.

“We have some of the best fans in all of sports,” Kenseth said. “They wear our numbers, fly our flags and sometimes even get tattoos to show their dedication. It’s incredible that Jeremiah Weed is doing all this for our fans and to support such a worthy cause as The Air Force Enlisted Village. I look forward to personally checking out the tattoos throughout the race weekend.”

Fans will be able to receive free transportation to a local tattoo parlor – state approved, of course – to receive their free tattoo as a way to raise money for a worthy cause.

The Air Force Enlisted Village is an organization committed to “providing safe, secure and dignified homes for indigent surviving spouses of retired Air Force personnel.”

Participants will have to meet all of the Alabama state regulations and need to refrain from drinking alcohol prior to the tattoo (which could be a challenge at Talladega, obviously).

Those fans not willing to permanently engrave a Jeremiah Weed can or logo on their body can receive an airbrushed tattoo instead, free of charge.
