NASCAR At Infineon Raceway: 2011 Start Time, Starting Lineup, TV/Radio Listings And More For Sonoma Race

It's NASCAR race day at Sonoma's Infineon Raceway, and we've got the actual race start time, the starting lineup and some other facts about the Toyota/Save Mart 350 for you below.

Start time: The command to start engines will be given by actor John Ratzenberger, the former Cheers star who also plays the voice of Mack in the new Cars 2 movie, at 3:08 p.m. Eastern time. After a few pace laps, honorary starter Frank Caps (a Save Mart exec) will wave the green flag at precisely 3:20 p.m. Eastern. So if you want to skip the pre-race show and just tune in for the actual race, flip your TV on at 3:20.

Race name/distance: Though the Sonoma race is called the Toyota/Save Mart 350, it actually isn't 350 miles – it's 350 kilometers. Drivers will take 110 laps around the 1.99-mile road course.

TV and radio: TNT's third race of its six-race NASCAR broadcasting stint is today, but we also recommend you take advantage of TNT's "RaceBuddy" application over at NASCAR.com. You can watch the race on your computer and pick which camera angle you want to watch for free. If you aren't near a TV, the radio broadcast can be found on your local Performance Racing Network (PRN) affiliate. Click here to see a list of PRN stations where you can listen.

National anthem: An actress from San Francisco's Beach Blanket Babylon production, Stephanie Harwood, is doing the honors this year. We hope Harwood improves on news anchor Robin Meade's "creative" version of the anthem last year.

Tickets: There are still tickets available for today's Sonoma race if you're thinking of making the drive to Wine Country.

Weather: Come on. It's Northern California in the summer – of course the weather will be gorgeous. According to the unofficial NASCAR weatherman, Sunday will see mostly sunny skies with a high of 77 degrees. Ahh...

Last time: Jimmie Johnson's horseshoe earned him another victory when race leader Marcos Ambrose made an unfortunate mistake under caution and lost power to his car in the final laps.
